Start with the outcome
Identify the real task or service outcome. Then define what a person must understand and demonstrate.
Supertechs is being designed backward from useful, trustworthy work. Established education provides the foundations; SID develops the connections needed to apply them.
Identify the real task or service outcome. Then define what a person must understand and demonstrate.
Map existing courses, labs and credentials to the need. Select for fit, not the prominence of a logo.
Create integration instruction where existing resources leave a gap in practice, judgment or connected understanding.
| Learning environment | What it contributes | What comes next |
|---|---|---|
| Self-paced instruction | Concepts, examples and targeted checks. | Explain the concept and address knowledge gaps. |
| Simulation | Safe repetition, fault exploration and feedback. | Connect the model to equipment and real conditions. |
| Remote hardware lab | Interaction with real systems through remote access. | Demonstrate physical handling separately where the task requires it. |
| In-person practical lab | Tools, workmanship, physical observations and supervised repetition. | Qualified assessment within the defined task conditions. |
| Supervised field development | Context, customer constraints and accountable contribution. | Review outcomes, refine practice and sustain capability. |
The proposed combination is SID’s design interpretation. Its effectiveness for Supertechs must be established through the pilot.

Its mastery system makes skill progress visible through exercises and assessments. Our proposed adaptation is to expose learning gaps while requiring separate practical evidence.
Read sourceResearch-based principles connect component skills, integrated practice and targeted feedback. The Supertechs design applies that combination to cross-discipline missions.
Read sourceThe practice guide supports spaced study, alternating examples with problems, and active retrieval. Proposed refreshers revisit concepts after initial learning.
Read sourceExisting technical learning and sandbox resources are candidates for reuse. SID would add the physical practice and integrated assessment needed for its chosen tasks.
Read sourceAn existing career platform illustrates how training and experience can be presented to employers. Supertechs proposes a complementary, evidence-based graduate experience.
Read sourceSecure Infrastructure Design leads the developing program and connects learning to infrastructure work. Supertech Ventures remains the parent and IP / R&D company.
Training providers, institutions, lab hosts and qualified field organizations would contribute within clearly defined roles.
Exploratory discussions with Ken White / eHawk inform a staged approach to training delivery and Texas development. Scope, rights and delivery arrangements remain unconfirmed.
Candidate learning routes include Cisco, Nokia, Ciena, FOA, Dell, HPE, NVIDIA, Schneider Electric, Vertiv and CNet / EPI. Institutions and lab hosts are also under review.
Existing provider material stays with its owner. Detailed partner materials, internal assessment architecture and commercial terms are outside this public vision.
Outcome-first direction, connected disciplines and controlled pilot specifications are recorded.
Provider fit, curriculum rights, qualified instructors, practical labs, costs and field supervision need confirmation.
A launched cohort, qualified Supertech workforce, employment outcomes and repeatable field results are not claimed.
Confirm the learner pathway, support, schedule, costs, instructors, equipment, assessment and supervision. Publish a concrete offer only when these are ready.
Establish student accounts, privacy and consent, controlled evidence storage, reviewer roles, verified opportunities and ongoing operational ownership.
The current planning records were updated September 15, 2026; SID brand guidance was updated September 21. Six adult learners is a planning assumption, not an enrolled cohort. No fixed elite-program duration, guaranteed job, wage or funding award is promised.
